Buffets here are legendary but it’s cool to watch the bungee jumping wine cellar at Aureole, too. Top chef’s live out their fantasies here so the sky is the limit. Emeril’s, San Francisco’s Michael Mina, Wolfgang Puck’s Spago, even Jodi Maroni’s Sausage Kingdom. You won’t go hungry. Don’t miss the thrilling Stratosphere towers to get the adrenalin flowing or take a helicopter tour of the Grand Canyon. Whatever you can imagine will be trumped by reality. Vegas, Baby!

Orlando, Florida

Larger than life experiences to inspire, awe and impress. Tasting your way through Disney’s Epcot, checking out the latest SeaWorld, AB offerings at the Hospitality Center, tripping the light fantastic at Café Tu Tu Tango on I-Drive, ordering every dessert at Universal’s Mythos in Islands of Adventure or singing with the wait staff at Bergamo’s Italian restaurant, you can’t go wrong. See it all, do it all, then rest. But not for long!

San Diego, California

Sun, sun and more sun. Walk through Old Town for excellent tortillas and stop in Fred’s Mexican Café for good food, fun and people watching. Roll downtown to the Gaslamp Quarter and head to the Yardhouse on 4th near Horton Plaza for Tuna Poke salad and the World’s largest selection of draft beer. Stick around when the sun goes down for more than 40 nightclubs. Visit Buster’s at Seaport Village for fish tacos and watch the seals play at Mission Bay.  Kick back and enjoy.

Miami, Florida

Clubbing at it’s finest where all the beautiful people meet. Get your Salsa shoes on and dance the night away. Sunshine by day and neon by night. Dress to impress and you’ll make it past the velvet ropes. Passion, celebrity and sophistication make this a very hot hotspot. For a change of pace go to Transit Lounge for good music, cool drinks and board games. This is an international scene and just the thing to snap you out of the winter blues. Sizzlin’!

Savannah, Georgia

Earthy, rich and delicious. Like a cat stretching in the sunshine. Wallow in Southern traditions. Shrimp, grits, and cocktails in the square. The SCAD college presence makes this town buzz with creative energy at a comfortable pace. Grab an excellent burger with fresh cut fries at B&D on Broughton, devour a slice at Vinnie Van Go Go’s Pizza, hit the river front to get a taste of the past, or treat yourself to the Soho Café on Liberty. Take an Old Town Trolley Tour to find out what makes this historic town tick, then hop on and off to see the sites. Just right.

Key West, Florida

Laid back and curious is the vibe here. You’re likely to see almost anything if you stay long enough. Grab a seat outside Rick’s on Duval Street and watch the parade of humanity go by. Dance and sing your favorite songs at Schooner Wharf bar, belly up to B.O.’s Fishwagon for a bite or grab some conch fritters for munching. Wash it down with a wedge of Kermit’s Key Lime Pie.  Sun, Sea and Independence wait for you at this Southernmost Point. Parrotheads unite!

New Orleans, Louisiana

The one and only Crescent City continues to rebuild. Authentic, unique and memorable. Slurp some Oysters at Acme Oyster House and sip a Vieux Carre cocktail at the Hotel Monteleone’s carousel bar before walking down Bourbon Street for some Jazz. The Warehouse district, pioneered by Emeril, is up and coming for food and art so don’t miss it and no visit is complete without seeing the cemeteries. There is always a festival going on so check before you go.  Laissez Les Bon Temps Rouler!

St Augustine, Florida

Relax and breathe. Visit the great beaches to lounge on the sand. Grab a spicy cup of Minorcan clam chowder and a fish sandwich with some steamed shrimp at Beachcombers on A street. Feed the Gators at the Alligator Farm then step back in time at the Castillo de San Marcos Fort downtown. Sample dozens of beers at J.P. Henley’s across from the City Marina and take a sunset cruise on the Schooner Freedom. Flagler College and the Fountain of Youth legend keep the Oldest City young but it’s still going nowhere beautifully. Viva Menedez!

Tampa, Florida

Ybor City is calling your name! Grab a 64 oz. Margarita at Adobe Gilas or cool out at the hip Samurai Blue for sushi. Toggle from downtown to the shore for great beaches with beautiful sunsets. Guppy’s serves yummy fish at Indian Rocks Beach and Shephards Tiki bar in Clearwater Beach serves up seafood buffets, music, and sunsets in Florida style. Find your thrills at Busch Gardens and browse the 6800 bottle wine list at Bern’s Steakhouse where you can still get Chateaubriand tableside. Oh yeah!
